Tending to our Roots
" I don't know exactly what a prayer is.
I do know how to pay attention, how to fall down into the grass,
how to kneel down in the grass, how to be idle and blessed,
how to stroll through the fields, which is what I have been doing all day.
Tell me, what else should I have done? Doesn't everything die at last, and too soon?
Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life? "

It's deeply touching to know how we may have contributed to someone's well-being.
Here are some sharings that made my heart smile...
In my eyes, your number 1 quality is your honesty and coherence. You walk your talk. You are aligned. You don’t sell, you share and experience. A rare quality nowadays. People can relax close to you because they don’t feel pressured for more!
Another I think about is your softness, that is not empty of demand. Many people have told me that they love this softness, that they feel wrapped and cocooned into it and then that they are surprised by their capacity of doing something much more demanding than they would expect without effort or resistant …like being pulled into the current of a river softly and trusting that they will manage to let go!
Finally, your capacity of tuning in with the present moment. You always adapt to what’s happening , and make an activity correspond to the actual needs of people. I think this is a real superpower because it also means it never gets boring and people will always be surprised and rediscover your propositions in a different context. I think it also means that you have a real creativity that enriches in depth your activities and probably also attracts the right people to you, and not the ones who want to have it the same every week!
I think I should add a topping that would cover nicely all this qualities: your simplicity. Simplicity is an art, it needs a lot of confidence and daring and I think it’s the best gift you can give to people. - Valerie
I went for a walk in the woods this afternoon and when I came out of them, I saw the most beautiful full, huge, round and bright (almost?) full moon. And I knew exactly what I wanted to do: go home and do the practice you sent me the other day.
It was a pure gift! I had the feeling this practice was meant for me, it felt so right. And it had a special quality, I can't really put my finger on it (serenity?). I loved the balance between movement and reflection. I just wanted to share this with you and thank you again. - Brigitte
What I really like about you and what makes you a luminous woman:
Your Smile and Joy: What I find incredible about you is the light you radiate. You are often smiling, at least when I see you, and this joy of life is transmitted to others around you. This inner smile connects you to the surrounding world, and I think makes you accessible to everyone. The proof, everyone wants to exchange a little note with you at the end of yoga classes :)
Your Openness / Respect / Benevolence / Connection: I also find that one of your great qualities is the respect you have for others, nature, life experiences, and for yourself (even if it's always more hard to be kind to yourself). You know that kindness is important to building a better world, and you actively try to practice it every moment. This respect leads to an openness to others and to the experiences of life, which makes you accessible to everyone and makes everyone feel in their place with you.
Your Questioning / Experimentation / Search for Truth at every moment: Finally, I find that a value that you transmit during your yoga classes and your women's circles is to always question our vision of the world, to be open to anything new we can learn about ourselves, about the connection we have with the outside, about how the outside works and what it can bring us. You teach us that everything you say is your truth at this moment, and that you have the right to change your vision or to have a different vision from ours. You prove to us that everything is movement, and that we shouldn't be afraid of it because that's how life goes, but on the contrary we have to learn to adapt to changes and accept them as gifts.
This is what I learned from you, and what you remind me of every time we see each other. Thanks for your light. - Mégane
First of all I would like to tell you how much your sessions do me good, you will bring me immense relief and an incredible bubble of sweetness! It's so essential right now. I thank you infinitely. - Nadia
